Patient Billing

Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Brandon Office Phone Number 813-654-3636.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Another option we offer is called CareCredit. This is a separate line of credit for health care needs. You may apply at http://www.carecredit.com/ or call toll free 1-800-859-9975.

First Visit

Your appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Normally, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation.

Scheduling

Advanced Endodontics of Tampa Bay is open Monday - Friday from 8 am until 5 pm. We will always attempt to schedule an appointment at your earliest convenience.
